William has served as Valley's Church Planter and Senior Pastor since its inception. Both William and his wife, Lauren, grew up in the area and call it home. They were married in 1992 and have three children and one grandchild.
William graduated from Covenant Seminary in 2004 and was ordained in the Ohio Valley Presbytery. He served as an Assistant Pastor at North Cincinnati Community Church (PCA) prior to planting Valley in 2009. He has served in a variety of leadership positions in Providence Presbytery, including chairman of the MNA Committee and as Moderator in 2025. He is also on the board of the Alabama Church Planting Network and served as its interim director in 2017-18.
Lauren loves spending time with family and friends, hosting people in her home, and playing tennis. Their oldest son, Hunter, works for an accounting firm (BMSS). Their daughter, Bradley, is married to Rily McRoy, and has a daughter, Lily. Their youngest, Cat, is a student at Alabama. Family dogs Putter and Chip complete the crew.
Hobbies - Golf, watching college football and the NBA, food, binge watching shows with Lauren.
Places - They love the beach in the summer and mountains in the winter.
