Our Purpose

Children’s Ministries exists to fulfill the vision of Valley Presbyterian Church by partnering with parents to make disciples of our Covenant children by Following Christ Together. Children’s Ministries consists of Nursery Ministry (birth through 4 years old) and Elementary Ministry (Pre-K through 5th grade).

Nursery Ministry

Nursery

Birth - 4 Years Old. 

4 Rooms

One for each age groups

Nursing Mothers Room

A Nursing Mothers' Room is available off the back of the sanctuary and the service is live streamed in the room.

Comfort Room

Our Comfort Room is a controlled and intentionally created space that provides multi-sensory resources to support a child's sensory needs to enable them to engage in learning

Pre-K  through 5th Grade

Kids' Praise Time
9:20am

As teachers are getting ready and parents are fellowshiping before their classes, the kids get to meet in the Fellowship Hall for Kids' Praise Time. We learn the books of the bible and enjoy time together singing praise to our Lord. This is available for all children attending Sunday school

9:30am

Our teachers are dedicated and caring people who are excited to lead the children through God's Word, showing them Jesus every step of the way.

The Pre-K & Kindergarten and the 1st & 2nd Grade classes are above the Nursery. The 3rd & 4th Grade and the 5th Grade classes are above the parking lot entrance and kitchen.

Children's Worship
10:45am

Children ages are Pre-K through 1st grade are invited after the Song of Praise to join us for Children's Worship.

Check-in children at kiosks in the Fellowship Hall for a name tag. Place the name tag on the front of your child so leaders can read it.
